"No Worries"

Welcome to another Rose Blossom Blog Hop!  You will see our team hopping around every 15th of the month.  Check back each month to see what we have in store for you.

If you have hopped over from Morgan's Tweet Scraps Blog
you are heading in the right direction.  I'm sure you've seen something amazing.

This month we are showcasing the lovely paper
This paper pack & complements are perfect for your tropical vacation photos and that is what I've done with the project below.

Both my Brother and Sister have bought retirement homes in Florida this past year.  I wanted to give them a nice housewarming gift and decided on a "No Worries" canvas piece that they could display.   It was so fun to use this awesome paper pack along with the coordinating complements.

Here are the canvas pieces laying flat. My favorite photo is my brother writing his wife Tammy's name in a sand heart.

The story behind this adventure is priceless.  All our siblings and spouses went on a Mexican vacation together.  We decided on a day of Deep Sea Fishing.  Brother-in-law Tim caught a huge Sailfish which we all decided had to be a "Stuffer".  He had a replica made and shipped to his home where it is now displayed on a wall.  I'm sure this "Stuffer" will be moved down to their Florida home once they get settled in.

You can find this paper and many other paper crafting supplies on my website

Your next stop on the Blog Hop is right over to Lynn's From My Bungalow Blog
where I know you will see something very creative.

Thank you for stopping by and hope to see you again soon.

This month we are featuring our Some Kinda Wonderful paper. This paper is so fun and full of life. I love that you can also purchase coordinating  Complements and Cardstock for creating so many paper crafting projects, cards and layouts.

I've chosen to create a layout of my Grandaughter, Izabel's recent Dance Competition photos.
Izzy, as she told me, 'faced her fears" and performed a Solo Dance.  She did a wonderful job and remembered all her dance moves along with having a beautiful smile. She is growing up so fast so I want to be sure to get these photos preserved and in her scrapbook.

You can find this lovely paper, complements and coordinating cardstock right

Tweet Scraps Blog you are hopping along in the right direction.  I'm sure you've enjoyed some amazing artwork.

This month we are showcasing the beautiful paper pack Hello Lovely.  This paper pack is absolutely gorgeous and can be used for so many projects and page layouts.

I've been really "loving" Hello Lovely and have been busy making and preserving memories with this adorable paper pack and the Hello Lovely Complements .

Family is everything in my book....and this 2 page layout holds a few good memories we've made together this past year with our youngest son, Tom's family.

A couple close ups of the complements used for this layout.

The second 2 page layout is our Grandson, Brady's first Prom with his friend Audrey.  The Picture My Life cards that come with the paper pack work so beautifully to accent your pages.

Other supplies used on these layouts were Sorbet, New England Ivy and White Daisy cardstock, Blush Shimmer Ribbon and Liquid Glass.
You can find all these items on my website HERE.

Now it's time to hop over to Kristine's Blog Merry Heart Creations to see more beautiful Hello Lovely projects.

Thanks for stopping by.  Hope to see you here again soon.

"Everything New"

Welcome to the very first Rose Blossom Blog Hop of 2017.  We will be blogging on the 15th of every month so I hope you stop back for a little bit of inspiration and creativity.  This month we are featuring designs and projects from the Close To My Heart newest Seasonal Expressions 1 Idea Book.

If you've come from Morgan's "TweetScraps" Blog, I'm sure you've seen some very creative artwork.

My favorite part of paper crafting is creating layouts to preserve events and memories of our family, friends, activities and trips.

This layout is featuring one of the new "Workshops Your Way "Sugar Rush"

Kit contents:
1 – Sugar Rush paper packet (X7215B)
1 – Sugar Rush Complements (X7215C)
4 – cardstock sheets (1 Whisper, 3 White Daisy)
1 – Sugar Rush dots (Z3310)
1 – Sugar Rush washi pack (Z3311)

The memory I chose to preserve is of our youngest Granddaughter Charlee.  Her Mom captured the most adorable pictures of her testing out her first Birthday cake.  When I saw these pictures, I knew exactly which paper pack to reach for.  The pictures are matted with Close To My Hearts paper of the year Sea Glass . This gorgeous cardstock is a color that coordinates with everything.

The cluster of flowers along the bottom of the layout are made from the
Flower Market Cricut Cartridge  and have a touch of sparkle from our
Gold Shimmer Brush along with some Gold Glitter Gems for a little accent in the center.

You can find all of these items on my website HERE .

Now it's time to hop on over to Kristine's "Merry Heart Creations" Blog to see her creativity flowing.

Thanks for stopping at the Playground!  Hope to see you again soon.
